How to Order + T&C

ARDOUR Spree is a spree/preorder site. 

I would consolidate the orders and bulk purchase the items. The high international shipping costs will be divided among all spree-ers.

>You as an individual, benefit by obtaining cost savings! (as compared to sending your orders with a few items)

If you would like to avoid the waiting time, please visit the Instocks page(: No waiting time for stocks to arrive.

How to Order

1. Send in your orders via the order form links provided on every spree post. Simply fill in the necessary details and you are done!

    Copy and paste the Order form format and fill in the necessary details, it is that simple!

Please ensure all input data is correct, I cannot be held responsible if I am given the wrong data!

2. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all the payment details once the orders are confirmed. You are advised to check the order details again to ensure that your personal data and item details are correct. (This may take awhile/ will be sent during the weekends so do be patient.)

3. After confirming your orders,please make your payments via your preferred payment within 2 days. After the payment, please email back the transaction details.

4. After which, you will receive an email confirming that payment has been received. 

5. After the spree closes, there would be updates on the individual spree pages regarding the parcel status.

6. Once the parcel arrives, an email with details on your 2nd Payment (if any) will be sent to all participating spree-ers. In this email, you can change/opt for the method of collection. 

Another email will be sent to you in the case of any OOS item(s). You can either opt for refunds or you may request reordering for the next spree batch.

Terms and Conditions

♥ No payments = No orders

♥ No cancellation when the orders have been sent. 

♥ This is a pre-order site, the estimated waiting time is about 1 month after the spree closes.
♥ Items are 100% authentic as they are ordered directly from the website mentioned.

♥ Refunds, in cases of OOS items or opting out of the sprees, do not include the handling fees.
♥ If the merchant sends the wrong or missing or defect item(s), I cannot be held responsible.

♥ Please do not send your orders or join the sprees if you are uncomfortable about the exchange rates/waiting time. 

♥ I will not be held responsible for any lost of normal postage parcels. As such, please opt for registered postage. 

A return address will be written behind all parcels.
